Individual sessions

What does an individual session look like?

An individual session is dedicated entirely to you. Depending on whether it will be a somatic session or a breathwork session, the meeting will last either 1 or 2 hours. Before we meet, I will ask you to fill out a brief form that will help me better understand you and allow me to prepare an initial plan for our work together.

During our first session, we will get to know each other better and discuss what you would like to focus on during our sessions. I will explain the breathwork process as well as other methods I use. An introduction to the breathing technique we'll use will help you feel more comfortable and secure during the process.

We will start with brief somatic exercises that will help you connect more deeply with your body and prepare for the breathwork session. The breathwork session typically lasts from 45 to 60 minutes and is conducted in a position that is most comfortable for you, usually lying down. During the session, we will use a technique that connects the inhale with the exhale, creating a rhythm that will help you go deeper within yourself. The entire process will be supported by specially chosen music that will set the right atmosphere.

After the session, we will take time to discuss your experiences, and together we will explore how you can integrate them into your daily life.
